as we make to order on clothing and we do not mass produce our garments or art/ sculptural pieces, each piece is put together with a lot of care and thought, therefore exchanges and returns are only offered for items that arrive damaged or broken.
we will endeavour to package your order to prevent any breakages occurring however once it has left our hands we are trusting its journey to you will not compromise your order. if there is damage or breakage on arrival of your order, please provide photos of the item in the package, any damage of the package/ box and photos of the damage to the product. it is imperative to send these photos via email to us at boringthelabel@gmail.com within 24hrs, this is the policy via austpost insurance claims for damages, so that we can make a claim. please send us an email explaining the issue and we will try our best to resolve this for you.

b o r i n g * sculptures are not perfectly symmetrical and the material has its own unique character and feel, each piece will be different and have it’s own variances. each piece has been sanded and sealed to create a smoother finish however the final finish is still very raw and in some areas might have jagged ridges which forms part of the unique texture and character of the material.
